meet the team!

Hello! 

I'm Nicki and I live in the coastal town of Dover, Kent, with my husband and two boys of the furry, spaniel variety – Ralph and Humphrey!

I’m passionate about my business and love sourcing beautiful products from Great Britain, Scandinavia and further afield.   Favouring neutral colours and natural, tactile fabrics.

I believe in paying a little bit more to ensure a long-lasting product, one which will stand the test of time and bring you joy for many years to come.

I run the business single handedly - from sourcing products and dealing with orders to website design, social media and interior design projects.  There's always something new to learn and lots to keep me busy.

Ralph and Humphrey are on work experience!  They aren't interested in anything other than walking, sleeping, eating, playing and pooping...but they are very cute and great company!

When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me walking with my boys in the beautiful countryside and seashores of my local area.  We are so very lucky to have this right on our doorstep.

Payment 

Payment is made via our payment processor, Paypal. 

We also offer Paypal Pay in 3 and Klarna, which eases the cost and enables you to pay over 3 months.

Delivery

We will endeavour to process and dispatch your goods within 2 working days.

We use Evri (formally Hermes) to transport your goods to you. Their services should take 2 to 3 working days from dispatch, however, please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods, as things can be delayed.

Delivery Charges

For orders under the value of £70, the delivery charge is £4.

For orders over the value of £70, the delivery charge is free (except during sale periods).

An additional charge of £3 will be added for postage to remote addresses: The Isle of Man, The Shetland Islands and The Outer Hebrides. The total cost for postage to these areas is £7.  A Paypal invoice will be sent to cover the amount stated if this is missed during order processing. If you do not wish to pay this additional charge, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, we do not post to The Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of when you took delivery of your goods.

You must inform us by emailing: [email protected]

The goods must then be returned within 14 calendar days of cancelling.

(Please note, this cancellation right does not extend to special or personalised orders).

Unwanted goods are to be returned at your cost.
